Deutsch:NAMIPASUMS 2000 ist die Verwaltung des Riga Park Hostels. Ich kann nur von diesem Hostel abraten! Die Hausverwaltung spricht kein Englisch. Wenn es Probleme gibt, wird entweder nicht auf Anfragen geantwortet bzw. nur auf Lettisch. Die Hausverwaltung hat mir selbst gesagt, dass diese es nicht für notwendig erachtet mit den Bewohnern auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Und das ist schon komisch, wenn man einen englischen Mietvertrag vorgelegt bekommt.Darüber hinaus wurde mir angedroht mich aus der Wohnung zu schmeißen, wenn ich nicht innerhalb eines Tages (am 5 des Monats) eine Miete zahlen sollte, die laut Vertrag erst zum Ende des Monats fällig wäre! Das ist eine Frechheit.Zudem ist die Miete für lettische Verhältnis exorbitant hoch. Daher kann man für dieses Geld genauso gut ein anderes Hostel aufsuchen, wo die Mitarbeiter auch Verständnis aufbringen und zumindest Englisch sprechen können!Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vielleicht geeignet, aber wenn man mehrere Monate in Riga verbringen möchte definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!Englisch:NAMIPASUMS 2000 is the administration of the Riga Park Hostel. The administration itself has told me that they do not consider it as necessary to communicate with the inhabitants in English. And that's funny when you get an English rental contract.In addition, I was threatened to get thrown out if I did not pay a rent within one day (on the 5th of the month), which according to the contract would not be due until the end of the month! That is not acceptable.Moreover, the rent for Latvian relations is exorbitantly high. So you can just as easily go to another hostel for this money, where the staff can also show understanding for problems and at least speak English!For a short stay perhaps suitable, but if you want to spend several months in Riga definitely not recommendable!

Terrible communication with a client. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Soviet approach at its worst.

Manuprāt drausmīgākais namu apsaimniekotājs Rīgā! Nav iespējams sazvanīt darba laikā, nekādīgi!! Tas ir absolūti nepieņemami!! Ļoti slikts serviss!!
